The one that surprises people. Bathrooms and kitchens consume most of the hours in any visit. A three bedroom with three bathrooms takes longer than a four bedroom with two. Quoting on bedroom count alone is how a company ends up underpricing and then rushing.
Weekly costs less per visit than every other week, and every other week costs less than a one time clean. A maintained home takes less time than a recovered one. Anyone charging the same for a first visit and a fiftieth is not paying attention.
