Drawers that are not part of a deep clean. Personal items on nightstands and dressers. Anything visibly fragile, antique or valuable, unless you tell us how you want it handled.
If something needs a specific product or a gentler approach, tell us on the first visit and it goes on your file.
The checklist is the floor, not the ceiling. If the thing that matters most to you is not on it, say so and it goes on your file for every visit after.

Tell us within 24 hours and we return within 24 hours to redo that specific item. No debate about whether it counts. We are licensed and insured, and the same person you speak with is responsible for the work in your home.
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, including dusting, floors, surfaces, fixtures, baseboards, window sills and the five places most cleanings skip: the top of the ceiling fan, behind the stove, inside the cabinet doors, the sills and the shower drain. Oven and refrigerator interiors are quoted separately.
The deep cleaning checklist adds everything a maintenance visit cannot reach: cabinet interiors, behind and under appliances, closet shelving, crown molding, vents, grout scrubbing and baseboards by hand.
Yes, on request. Both are quoted separately rather than assumed, so the number you receive is the number you pay.
No. It is the most common request we decline, and we would rather say so plainly than take it on badly.
Yes. Tell us on the first visit and it goes on your file. If it adds real time, we will say so and quote it rather than quietly dropping something else.
If you prefer them, yes. Many of our clients keep their own products for scent, allergies or surface reasons, and we follow what is already in the house.
